I haven't really weighed in and have had a hectic couple of weeks that admittedly kept me out of the gym too many days.
I had an opportunity to be on an upcoming TV show on TLC called "Outrageous Kids Parties" and it was a marathon of paining with little sleep.
I am getting back in the swing of things now and ready to do some SCUBA Diving. My gear is serviced and ready to go. Now i just have to find a weekend with time and funds to go somewhere.
