August 2011

I realize this blog doesn't see much action lately and hopefully I can change that.
I'm still working out regularly, feeling great and have no intention of ever quitting.
I still haven't really lost any more but I know what is to blame. I have so much going on in my life tight now that I do not get to the gym like I should. What I am doing now is basically maintaining. I do need to get back in on a more regular basis and am struggling to find the time. Right now I am doing about 3 days a week on a good week and need to get back up to the 4-5 day workout weeks.

I am also currently shopping for some good health insurance. I am a couple of months away from 38 and the thought of getting sick with no insurance scares the crap out of me. Eating healthy and exercising does help ease my mind some though.
