I know it has been forever since my last post and honestly there's not a lot to tell weight loss wise.
I have been steady plugging away at it going to the Gym as much as possible but have had a lot going on that's been cutting my gym down to 1 or 2 times a week.
There has been a lot going on around me between my mom's cancer, and several deaths of people around me.
While all of this does sadden me it also fires me up more to stay on the path of striving for health.
There is so much life to be lived and enjoyed and so many people just waste it sitting around doing things to harm themselves like drugs,alcohol, overeating,smoking, or just plain laziness.
I mean there is enough of natural things that will end our lives without helping it along with self destruction.
I don't care if I never lose a single pound more I am going to keep on doing what I am doing and pushing forward towards a healthier life.
