
Wow, time has flown by and I have not been on here and I do apologize.
Like a lot of people I have been quite busy with life:)
Today I broke a new record for myself as I continue to push forward towards a happy healthier self.

I have pushed myself past the comfort zone of doing "fat burn" on the treadmill up to the "cardio" program. This is about a 20 beat per minute increase in heart rate and burns more calories.
To all of you out there with this same struggle I say keep up the fight and go at your own pace as long as that pace is forward. I am amazed at how much better I feel and looking forward to pushing forward to do more and more.
Weight is starting to come off again and I am down to 247 and although I may not make my "200 by Christmas" goal I am confident that I will at least be down to the 230's by Christmas.
Other big news is I finally got my mom down to the gym and she fell in love with the incumbent bike.

I just hope to keep her motivated and get her strength built up so she can continue the cancer fight.
