Happy Easter to everyone.
I hope spring has everyone motivated to get out and move.
I am happy to report I have started seeing significant weight loss again.
I am down to 245 and know that 240 is not far away.
I think it's a combination of changing up my workout and also changing the time of day.
I'm trying to work up to longer running on treadmill but right now am doing 30-60 seconds run at 6.0 speed between 30-60 seconds of fast paced walk/jog.
Also I have started doing more ab work with crunches and sit ups.
Hope all of you are keeping the faith and seeing some good results.
