I walk around almost every day and have some sort of great thought that I want to put in this blog but by the time I get around to it usually forget what exactly it is I wanted to say.
Luckily, I have a somewhat intact thought to share today.:)
I've been thinking about my younger years and reminiscing about what made them great. It's not that those years were any better than today but how I felt physically that made them great.
At 16 I was full of energy, ready to go explore the world and was excited to get out and do things. Now that I've started reclaiming my health I am starting to get that same feeling. I guess it is a mixture of the endorphins from working out and the ability to move around and walk without getting out of breath.
If your someone reading this who is just getting started and hating the soreness and pain of working out I say to you DO NOT QUIT!
Like anything worth doing it is hard at first but in time it gets easier and becomes habit.
Now, I feel like a heel if I don't work out at least 3 times a week.
I used to think people who worked out were crazy but now I understand what they are talking about. The feeling of those muscles burning and they feeling they have the rest of the day is just great. It's like a warm fuzzy feeling all over your body that lets you know your doing something good for yourself.
Well, I've ranted enough for now.
Good luck to everyone reading this and keep on keeping on :)
