
I am happy to report that I worked out today in spite of a big snow/ice storm that hit Monday. The parking lot going in the gym was a little slippery but the payoff was great.
Had the whole gym pretty much to myself and took the opportunity to try something new on the eliptical. I have been doing the "cardio" program for 30 minutes but opted to do "Fat Burn" for 45 min.
I feel like I got a good slow burn today and set a new calorie burn record for myself.
The cold weather had me down a bit this morning and I was reluctant to get out of bed, but going to the gym turned my day around and boosted my spirits.
