This past week was a tough one. :(
Eating wise I am still fine and have no plans to fall of that horse.
I had a very hectic work week and have had no time to work out and I can tell.
Saturday I tried to get some walking in but between my mp3 player spazzing out, cold weather, and being worn out form a 3 day 15 hour event drawing Caricatures I really had to push myself to walk just one mile.
I know I just have to get back in there and resume my workout and have already taken steps to do so.
Weight is unchanged which is still a good thing considering I could have gained.
