
Well, It looks like the week off gave my body a much needed shock to start dropping more lbs.
I am right at the 255 mark and will be knocking on 250's door soon!
Also, I have to tell you about a neat free app I downloaded for my Droid.
It's called Buddy Runner and it uses gps satellites to calculate time and distance and estimates calories burned.
