Beans, beans, good for the heart....

Today I have decided to take a day off.
I've been working out for 7 days straight and feel my body needs a day to recoup.
Yesterday I walked/jogged a total of 10 miles in addition to the usual wii exercises and my legs are achy today.

I also think maybe I've cut my calories too drastically and need to increase my caloric intake a little. The problem is by eating healthy I just simply have not been hungry enough to eat and am finding I have to force myself to eat.
I have been stuck at 259 for over a week now and It's getting a little annoying considering I work out daily and have been eating extremely healthy. But, I know that if I have cut out too much then the body goes into starvation mode and hordes calories. I believe this day off will get things moving again.



Today for dinner I tried out something new.
We decided on beans and cornbread for dinner.
Normally I would have eaten pintos but Sandy being the all knowing health food guru she is told me to pick up Black beans instead.
After going online and seeing the health benefits and not to mention how good they taste I have to say I have a new favorite bean. But don't take my word for it, google black beans and you'll see.

That's all for now, here's hoping my next report will be of some more pounds and inches gone:)
