I truly believe the American overindulgent lifestyle reaches it's peak at this time of year.
Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are only part of it, you have all the candy, pies,fruitcakes.... well you get the point.
I'm still hanging in there feeling great and going to the gym at least 3 times a week.
I've been doing the combination of treadmill and weights long enough though and have changed it up starting this week.
I am now doing "bodypump" class and "spin" class as well as throwing in new excercise such as squats, push-ups, and others.
I haven't been on a scale in a while so I have no idea what my weight is but people keep telling me I'm shrinking so I must be doing something right.
