Taking the next step


After being stuck in neutral for over a month now I've decided to go ahead and step it up.
I joined a local fitness center this week and completed my first workout today.
I look forward to seeing some real results here in the next few weeks and will keep you posted.

Mon, Wed, and Fri it will be strength training on the machines.

Tues. and Thurs. will be strictly cardio. on the elliptical, treadmill, or bikes to give muscles time to recoup.

And I will rest on the weekends :)
