All together I did about 6 miles and wanted to do more but my 10 year old was worn out.
I was also pleasantly surprised to put on a hooded sweatshirt I purchased just 2 months ago to find the belly area was much looser.
I've started shopping around for a good bicycle as well as some more exercise equipment.
I'm thinking a heavy bag would be the cheapest and most effective thing to add in next.
In conversation with my wife today I realized this isn't a "new" me, this is the old me before I let myself get lazy.
